Thank you for supporting our small business! Each snow globe tumbler is handmade with care and inspected before it is packaged and shipped.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Air Bubbles

Our snow globe tumblers are handmade using a liquid-filled design. Small air bubbles are completely normal and are a natural part of the manufacturing and filling process. Air bubbles may shift or change size over time due to temperature changes and normal use.

Air bubbles are not considered a defect and are not grounds for a return, exchange, refund, or replacement.

Damage Policy

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We may offer a replacement or repair at our discretion. Clear photos of the damage and packaging will be required. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund for damage that occurred after delivery.
